At Woosah Wellness, I totally get that life happens — traffic, kids, work, surprise chaos, forgetting what day it is… it happens to the best of us ♡ I try my best to be understanding and flexible while also respecting my time and other clients waiting for appointments.

To help things run smoothly, here is the policy:

• Late Arrivals: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.

• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment cancelled last minute within 3 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a booking restriction and a deposit/prepayment may be required for future appointments. If you cancel last minute 50% of your service total may be placed as a credit/outstanding balance on your account and will be used towards your next appointment.

• Rescheduling: If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times, a deposit may be required for future appointments.

• No-Shows: No-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total and applied to you account. If you have 3 no show appointments in a row, clients will no longer be able to book future appointments without a prepayment in full.

• Outstanding balances: Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking or receiving future services. If balance remans unpaid, future appointments may be placed on hold until the account is up to date. Payment arrangments may be availible on a case-by-case basis.

• Quiet Space & Extra Guests: To preserve a peaceful, relaxing environment for everyone, Woosah Wellness is a child-free and extra guest-free space. Please arrive to your appointment solo so you (and others) can fully unwind, if you need to bring guests, please reach out for alternative hours and scheduling :)
