My Story
Hello beautiful people I'm Amber. My journey into the world of beauty started long before the license, the long days in school, and the dedication it took to turn my passion into a career. Starting at a young age I would steal my moms make-up and spend hours sitting at her vanity, completely fascinated by the beauty, creativity and self expression of it all.
In 2021, my journey into the beauty industry began, and it wasn't long before I fell in love with helping people feel confident, comfortable, and cared for in their own skin. It was actually my own waxer at the time who first recommended I give waxing a try and to pursue an opportunity with a large corporate company. What started as a simple suggestion quickly turned into a passion and a career I truly love. As my skills grew, I eventually became a trainer, teaching other beauty professionals how to perfect their craft and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Through those experiences, I discovered what truly matters to me as a service provider. The more time I spent in the corporate world, the more I listened. I heard the struggles, the anxieties, and the uncomfortable times many clients had faced elsewhere. I knew my standards were different, and I knew I wanted to do more.
That's why I created Woosah Wellness with a clear, uncompromising mission: to make client safety, comfort, and genuinely exceptional care the top priority. You deserve a space where you feel completely taken care of from the moment you walk through the door.

Woosah's appointment policies
At Woosah Wellness, I totally get that life happens — traffic, kids, work, surprise chaos, forgetting what day it is… it happens to the best of us ♡ I try my best to be understanding and flexible while also respecting my time and other clients waiting for appointments ♡
•No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
•Late Arrivals: I offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled respect the next guest's time.
•Cancellations: To keep a flowing schedule please give 24 hour notice if possible
•Guest Policy: To ensure a peaceful experience, Woosah is a quiet, guest-free space. Please arrive to your visit alone. If you need to bring guest alternative after hour appointment times are available with an extra fee.
Why This Policy Exists
When appointments are missed without notice, it leaves empty spots that could have been booked by another client. This policy helps protect my small business and my time while still allowing me to give everyone the best experience possible.
